Product Description
This kit is used to qualitatively detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis-specific T cell immune response in human fresh peripheral venous anticoagulation in vitro, and determine whether it has a specific T cell immune response against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, that is, tuberculosis-infected T cells Detection, can be used for auxiliary diagnosis of tuberculosis. The results cannot replace other more classic diagnostic methods of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, such as sputum smear, culture or imaging, nor serve as the only evidence for clinical diagnosis.
As an in vitro diagnostic technology based on cellular immunity, the test results are not disturbed by BCG vaccination, and are less affected by the immune status of the body. Whole blood samples are easy to obtain, and the requirements for laboratory technical conditions are not high, and clinical application is convenient.
