ALK (Anaplasticlymphoma Kinase) is one of the newly discovered molecular targets in non-small cell lung cancer. The presence or absence of ALK fusion gene is related to the efficacy of small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor-crizotinib, and crizotinib is effective in patients with non-small cell lung cancer containing ALK fusion gene.

This kit adopts one-step reverse transcription fluorescent PCR (RT-QPCR) method, which is easy to operate and detects the fusion types of 16 ALK genes (EML4-ALK, KIF5B-ALK, TFG-ALK), which can be beneficial to assist clinicians in screening Non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with crizotinib.
